For my part ... I recently installed TeXLive 2012 and 2013 on Windows 7, and it was easy. I told it to install only the ConTeXt scheme, instead of installing everything. Also I had to configure the TeXWorks editor options to use ConTeXt (LuaTeX) by default instead of pdfLaTeX. But other than that, unless I'm forgetting something, it worked fine, out-of-the-box. Lars
