As far as I know, this should be written as
\DC \DL[3] \DR
OK, maybe syntactically better -- actually changes the appearance too. Now the the columns that I do not want with lines have them and vice versa. Kind of the negative of what I need. The use of DC DL DR kind of eludes me. How to get better control? Somehow the commands seem to have their own life... Thanks again Martin
