useURL can do the first, and hyphenatedurl can do the second.

Is there macro for typesetting a URL without defining it before hand? E.g., something as simple as, \href{www.google.com}, it'd also be great if
\setupalign[hyphenated] \setupurl[space=yes,style=\ss,urlalternative=]
also determined the way they are typeset.
