Does it on your system? Not on mine. If I compile the example posted earlier
in the thread and execute context --purgeall afterwards, the files

t-externalfilter-CON-0.tmp.md5 and
t.tex.md5

still remain.

Why not simply run `context --purgeall` (no filename)?
