I've just downloaded the latest beta -

ConTeXt  ver: 2011.07.19 11:22 MKIV  fmt: 2011.7.19  int: english/english (OK)

- so probably just the previous version had the problem -

ConTeXt  ver: 2011.07.13 20:14 MKIV  fmt: 2011.7.14  int: english/english (problem).
