Show me a few example or give me values for the positions (address block, opening, line distance etc.)
I use myself the lettre (and not letter :) package [1] for LaTeX. It is easy to use, clean but maybe a bit old in the way to do things (mainly because of the 'Concerne' stuff). But it gives a good example of how have to be letters in Suisse Romande and France.
