At least in the Live ConTeXt at http://live.contextgarden.net/ it makes all the difference; without 'yes', no indentation. With 'yes', first line gets indented. (Hmm... I should probably also take a good look at this longer "Hello world", I could definitely learn a thing or two there...) Mari (who can't do much without manuals and the wiki...)
