the module is a replacement for x-set-11 and and tries to solve a few problem x-set-11 has, like generating a index with all commands used in the current file.

Hi Arthur, use \usemodule[setup] and not \environment, the file is a module and not a environment, it can be used for more document and is not bound to the beginners manual.
I tested it and it works as expected (without any special arrangements); obviously this is better than the \doiffileelse test.
The test is useless, because t-setup is neccessary for \secretsetup and you will get "undefined control sequence" if the file is not found. Wolfgang
