[NTG-context] url problem: double blanks are replaced by single ones

      \useURL[foo][mystrange  filename.doc]\goto{\url[foo]}[url(foo)]

leads to

4844 0 obj
<>
endobj

replacing the double blank with a single one. Obviously the file / url 
is not found....

Any hints why/where this is done?
