Oh, after looking at some examples I found that \startplacetable[location=force,title={Caption Text}] places the table without the extra vertical space, as long as there wasn't a \setupalign[line] ! On Sat, Dec 5, 2020 at 11:01 PM T. Kurt Bond wrote:
