[NTG-context] two more bugs in latest

Hi all, sorry for bringing the bad news all the time... There are two more bugs in the latest beta which I just stumbled upon: userpage=bysection does not work, pdf bookmarks are not produced. Example: \setupuserpagenumber [state=start,way=bysection] \setupfootertexts [{\getmarking[sectionnumber]} -- \userpagenumber] \setuphead [section] [page=yes] \setupinteraction [state=start] \placebookmarks [section] [all] \starttext \startsection [title=First Section] \dorecurse{10}{\input knuth \par} \stopsection \startsection [title=Second Section] \dorecurse{10}{\input knuth \par} \stopsection \stoptext Gives expected results with 2012.06.30 12:32, but not with 2012.07.10 00:56.
