Hmm I just installed another ConTeXt Minimals tree and the error is gone ...
Strange!

Hmm, don't know what's the latest 'zip'. I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 and installed and updated ConTeXt Minimals using the first-setup.sh script. The included XeTeX says:
'This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.7 (Web2C 7.5.6)'
I can reproduce this error with a small test file:
----8<---------------- \starttext
Bla Bla Blubb ...
\stoptext ----8<----------------
I've attached the resulting PDF-File and the log file.

I'm using ConTeXt Minimals (TeXExec | version 6.2.1 - 1997-2009 - PRAGMA ADE/POD).
Is this a known Problem? Is there a fix for it? I'm not having this Problem when using LuaTeX or pdfTeX ...
is this with the latest zip?
