[NTG-context] bug in TOC generation

      Dear list,

using latest beta from 2014.11.06 14:55, TOC is missing from this sample:

\title{Sumario}\placelist[part,chapter]

\startfrontmatter
\chapter{Prólogo}

\part{Introducción}

\chapter{\ConTeXt\ y la tipografía digital}
\stopfrontmatter
\stoptext

I think this is a bug.
