[NTG-context] em-dashes not working with latest beta

      Dear list,

after upgrading to beta from 2015.12.20 00:29, I don’t get dashes in the
following sample:

    \starttext
    \startTEXpage[offset=1em]
    en--dash: --\\
    em---dash: ---
    \stopTEXpage
    \stoptext

It worked fine with beta from 2015.11.19 19:13.

I’m afraid this may be a bug.
