[NTG-context] Frame around columnsets

      Hi,

the following example produces a frame around the columns since a
few betas. Looks like a bug.

\definecolumnset [MyColumns] [n=2]
\starttext
  \startcolumnset [MyColumns]
    \input knuth
  \stopcolumnset
\stoptext
