FWIW, it runs faster of Jaeger Monkey (Firefox 4) than it does on V8
(Chrome). Shouldn't the bogomips be relative to the performance of the
processing layer?

This emulates a "pc" with 20 bogomips and 30MB RAM. It's probably slower than the machine DEK used for development of TeX78. :-)
