for the moment, replace (in one of the properties files) "texmfstart texexec.pl" by just "texexec"; it may work; maybe kpsewhich in miktex does not yet support 'texmfscripts'
User file 'cont-sys.tex' not found, 'cont-sys.rme' has been used instead. <
