can someone make me a zip with miktex binaries [pdfetex and mpost cum suis and database generator] + miktex config file?
What do you mean by database generator? MikTeX is available on http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/win32/miktex/tm/packages/. I don't know what format .cab is, I open it with Total Commander, but just in case you have problems accessing them, I'm sending a zip file (off-list) for miktex-metapost-base.cab, miktex-metapost-bin.cab, miktex-pdfetex.cab and miktex-config.cab.
