[NTG-context] Specifying the cell column: are \TD[n] and \TD[m] broken?

(Context Standalone, ver. 2017.01.27, ver. 2017.02.19) and in context from TeX Live 2016 (ver. 2016.05.17) these two examples give identical tables that differ from results on the wiki page.

Confirmed. ConTeXt mkii gives results on the wiki page. Best, Akira
