[NTG-context] Set document version

Hi Hans, ConTeXt has a command (\version[...]) to set the version of the document but as developer there is no way to get access to this value. Can you give us a defined register which can be used from other modules (e.g. fixme). I would even prefer a new command like \setupdocument where you can set the document version (passed down to \version), the name and authour (passed down to \setupinteraction) etc. Wolfgang
