[NTG-context] tables within tabulate

      Anybody knows why is seems impossible to put a table into a tabulate?

this works:
	\starttabulate[|p|p|]\NC
		TEXT
		\NC
		TEXT
	\NC\NR\stoptabulate

but NOT this:
	\starttabulate[|p|p|]\NC
		\starttable[|c|c|] \HL \VL Y \VL P \VL \SR \HL \stoptable
		\NC
		TEXT
	\NC\NR\stoptabulate
