I would like to create a header on every page with some fixed text in the header.  Simply doing<br><br>\setupheadertexts[Some text]<br>\setupheader[state=start]<br><br>Does not produce a header on any page, yet<br><br>\setupfootertexts[Some text]<br>
\setupfooter[state=start]<br><br>does produce a footer on every page.<br><br>Why does one work and the other does not?<br><br>Troy Henderson<br><br>
