Running: luatex --luaonly "/opt/context/tex/texmf-linux-64/bin/mtxrun.lua" --script /opt/context/tex/texmf-context/scripts/context/lua/mtx-context.lua --luatex --make --redirected has fixed the format issue.  I now unfortunately have a new issue (probably for Hans or Mikael).
