[NTG-context] \setuplayout doesn't set bottomspace

Hi, ConTeXt is ignoring my bottomspace dimension, all other dimension are set correctly. What can I do to set the bottom margin? I wanted a dimension of 25mm but it is currently set to 34.1mm.
