Actually, the problem was that OSFONTDIR is like a $PATH variable, so I reset it as: set -g -x OSFONTDIR "/home/gour/.local/share/fonts:/usr/share/fonts"
but otherwise why do you use such unusual shell? Why not bash or zsh?
Because it's Friendly Interactive SHell requring minimum setup and providing almost the same features as e.g. zsh, even more. Take a look: https://fishshell.com/
As you see, its value is semicolon separated paths.
