[NTG-context] spaceinbetween (TABLE)

      Hi,

the TABLE paramter 'spaceinbetween' doesn't work, if you use it
combinations with split=repeat. This is not a beta only problem, as the
verson from 08.08.2006 shows the same behaviour.
