[NTG-context] errors in margindata?

I gues there are errors in \margindata. See the minimal example. The contextversion is fresh loaded just before this test. (1) \margindata{test} gives an error. The log message is: tex error > tex error on line 9 in file ./margindata.tex: ! Use of \typo_margins_data_yes doesn't match its definition l.9 \margindata{ text1}% One has to use \margindata[]{test} to avoid the error.
