[NTG-context] Problem with setupitemize, columns, and packed?

      The following MWE doesn't print item two when using the packed option
with three columns.

% correct
\startitemize[columns, three]
\startitem one \stopitem
\startitem two \stopitem
\startitem three \stopitem
\startitem four \stopitem
\startitem five \stopitem
\stopitemize

% item two not printed
\startitemize[columns, three, packed]
\startitem one \stopitem
\startitem two \stopitem
\startitem three \stopitem
\startitem four \stopitem
\startitem five \stopitem
\stopitemize
\stoptext

I'm using ConTeXt  ver: 2014.01.29 23:48 MKIV beta  fmt: 2014.1.29
int: english/english

Is this a bug or do I misunderstand the options for setupitemize?
