      Hi Peter,

your code works if you say \in{section}[bla]. \in is normally used with 
a indicator what you are referencing.

\at{page}[bla]
\about[bla]

Using
  TeXExec 5.2.4 - ConTeXt / PRAGMA ADE 1997-2005
  pdfeTeXk, Version 3.141592-1.20a-2.2 (Web2c 7.5.3)
