[NTG-context] Home now --- More work with type-tmf.dat and mfonts.tex

      All,

On my home machine now (Mac Tiger GWTeX). I have the attached type- 
tmf-gw.dat in ~/tmp and ran:

sudo texfont type-tmf-gw.dat

Resulting output attached in texfont.log.
