I would upgrade to 2010 instead. ConTeXt in 2009 is kind of broken. http://www.tug.org/texlive/pretest.html All you need to do is to run a script and you can put all the files in your home dir if you want. All you need to do is to adjust PATH, you don't need any other ugly messing up with your system. Mojca
