I have finally commented the setup file for my book and would like to put it, as some of you have requested, in contextgarden (under Sample documents -- Books and Periodicals). But I have no idea how to do that. I can't even create an account! Two possibilities: I send the text file and somebody else puts it there (preferred solution), or I need instructions. Thanks, Jörg
