[NTG-context] Tables --- what is current recommendation?

All, There's a nice summary of Tables on: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Tables_Overview I'm wondering. If one is starting anew with Context, what would users recommend as the best choice of table environment? What choice would I make if I have no need of backward compatibility and am starting on a fresh document?
