Careful with the spaces around = in key=value options in ConTeXt. As a rule of thumb, *never* surround the = with spaces.

I tried the text : *************************************** \definebodyfont[10pt,11pt,12pt][rm][tfe = Regular at 48pt]

(I broke it across lines so that the email reader does not mess around the spacing) \definebodyfont[10pt,11pt,12pt][rm] [tfe=Regular at 48pt] Aditya
