[NTG-context] tolerance and whitespace settings inside a TEXpage

Hi, inside a TEXpage the tolerance and the whitespace settings are not applied. The whitespace can be set in a setup and the tolerance can be set directly with \spaceskip, but that seems a bit hackish. Is that intended and is there a cleaner solution?
