it sound stupid but I can not figure out, why ConTeXt is not able to find the cow-picture.
\useexternalfigure [Logo] [cow.pdf] [width=3cm]
\starttext \externalfigure[Logo] \stoptext
You have to enable the picture search in the TeX tree with \setupexternalfigure[location={local,global,default}] Wolfgang
