[NTG-context] both bold and capital

Hello, I need bold and capital heads.The following gives me caps only, not bold: \setuphead [headname][ incrementnumber=list, number=no, align=right, style=cap,bold] What's wrong? How to mix cap, bold (and, probably, small) into head setup? Vyatcheslav
