[NTG-context] markdown: referencing tables

      Dear context list,

I love simple tables in markdown like this one

Is there a way to reference this table?
With \starttabulate (\stoptabulate) tables can be referenced with
\placetable, but \placetable just creates another (empty) table in case
of a markdown table.
