What do you expect from blank?
Well, the question isn’t my expectation about blank, but about right. Header and footer are applied to the right page only if set before right. But blank may be written before or after right. I must be missing something, because I think that the behavior of blank in both cases might be inconsistent. Many thanks for your help, Pablo
