You have to update the font cache, since the font isn’t found, according to the following message:
selectfont > the requested fallback font 'Noto Sans Devanagari' for typeface 'mainface' style 'ss' was ignored because no files where found. selectfont > the requested font 'Noto Sans' has no files for the 'tf' alternative, Latin Modern is used instead.
The easiest way to achieve that is: 1. Remove "/home/gour/opt/lmtx/tex/texmf-cache/luatex-cache/". 2. Run "mtxrun --generate". 3. Run "context t.tex" Now the glyphs should be there. I hope it helps, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk
