Hello I'm getting to grips with page layout and hope that it will be possible to set up crop marks on all four corners of each page. Currently when I give 'marking=on' I'm getting a crop mark top left on an odd-numbered page and top right on an even-numbered page, and it does look as if these are in the correct position; but the printer will want all four corners of each page to be demarcated, and I haven't found a setting to achieve that.
