Is it possible to create overlays using ConTeXt with Pstricks ? Any example?
Did you have a look at TikZ? I would use metapost or TikZ for that, PSTricks aren't "natively" supported in pdfTeX, which means that it is only theoretically possible to use them, but that means that you first create a graphic, compile it with tex+dvips, convert it to PDF, and finally include the resulting PDF. You can still use the resulting PDF image as an overlay (I guess), but it's really really ugly and you should not expect any extensive support in that area (even less so in future - dvips might even be kicked out of the standalone ConTeXt distribution in future). (You can theoretically also process your document in dvi mode - it's not so ugly then, but the dvi mode is used less and less and less.) But apparenlty people have managed to make them work under XeTeX, so you could theoreticaly also use ConTeXt in XeTeX mode (untested).
Will MarkIV-LuaTeX support Pstricks?
Only in the same sense as pdfTeX supports it now (unless some vulunteers to create a better support). Two other mainstreams are on the horizont: - Taco is planning to create mplib (metapost library) to speed up inclusion of graphics into TeX - TikZ author is planning to adjust his macros for LuaTeX (if I understood that properly) So uness you have tons of existing PSTricks graphics, better take a look at TikZ or metapost (metafun).
