Hallo, I am working on our 40-anniversary scout group bulletin with a complex layout (twocolumn, footnotes, photos, pictures, flowing text in margin). I noticed weird behaviour. It is expressed by vertical shift of columns, please see the page 2 of http://typokvitek.com/tmp/layoutdistort.pdf source: http://typokvitek.com/tmp/layoutdistort.tex It seems that the problem is caused by switch to \ss font family continueing to a place of the page break. Any explanation/suggestion?
