[NTG-context] optional hyphenation patterns in ancient Greek

Dear list (especially Thomas and Arthur), I opened a request for optional hyphenation patterns at GitHub (https://github.com/hyphenation/tex-hyphen/issues/34). I’m not advocating changing the default, but only providing hyphenation patterns that allow hyphenating consonant pairs that cannot be at the word beginning.
