MiKTeX has its own (outdated) supp-pdf to be used by non-ConTeXt users for direct inclusion of MetaPost output in pdfLaTeX. But if ConTeXt is installed in the localtexmf, and this has a higher search priority, this shouldn't be an issue; to the OP: check if you have other supp-pdf or supp-mis which are being searched first. -- Giuseppe "Oblomov" Bilotta
