How do I write the spanish interrogation symbol that is up-side down? also How do I write the spanish exclamation symbol that is also up- side down? thank you
Better in matters of logical markup would be a definition like \quotation, say \exclamation or \question, but I don't know if there are languages other than Spanish that need additional signs/formatting for those...
