Why don’t you let do context the conversion:

more text encoded in utf8

I cannot \input the file as this is not a valid ConTeXt source. I do (at least) "%" -> "\%" conversion; that's why I need to use Lua to load file into a string; the conversion step was removed - to make it simple - in the sample sent previously. Lukas -- Ing.
