[NTG-context] PDF appearance tuning

Hello, Sorry for a trivial question, but I cannot figure out how to tune appearance of my generated PDF. I want the default scaling to be "Page Fit" and bookmarks being showed. -- Best regards, Vyatcheslav Yatskovsky
