[NTG-context] extra link border with alternative=c

      Hans,

I have a the following sample:

    \setupinteraction[state=start]
    \enabledirectives[references.border]
    \setuplist[chapter][alternative=d]
    \starttext
    \completecontent
    \chapter{\TeX}
    \stoptext

It shows that the E from \TeX has an extra frame in content list.

I don’t know what might be causing it, but it seems to be wrong.
