[NTG-context] footnote and framed text

Hello, I wanted to refere to a footnote in a text inside a background, but if I get a number in my text, there where no footnote. I then tried a framed text, but same result. \starttext \startbackground textwithbackground \footnote{footnote} \stopbackground other text without background \stoptext Result in: textwithbackgroud¹ other text without background ¹footnote While I only get: textwithbackgroud¹ other text without background Is it a bug, or framed text are a special case I should know a special behaviour?
